It is completely basic. The young badass population is completely that guy, so it is incredible that it's so hard to find just browsing.
Naruto thread should have a few of the Uchihas, black haired family, that way. I dropped some there, but mainly a different character. You should check it out. There was someone requesting Deidara who is just as you've described, maybe a tiny bit less stacked, but guy who keeps getting pegged as girly
