i fucking hate omegaverse and multi-work series.
you could have a damn good story going and then it cuts into another story because fuck the last story right? it could perhaps be better than the last but it wont change the fact that i want more out of a story that going pretty damn good

I'm not really sure if this is the appropriate place to ask this, but I'm looking for a manga that I read a while back and I was wondering if anyone would know which one I'm referring to.

It was about two rival high school boys, one was a black-haired athletic type and the other was a blonde preppy type. They start out hating each other but end up fugging, and the only other thing I remember about this is that their school uniforms had checkered pants. Anyone know what I'm talking about?

Yeah sorry it's kind of vague. I'm not really sure how to describe the artystle but it was decent, the characters weren't super lanky or misproportioned. I remember it was fairly cute.

I liked seeing those pages, big shoowa fan here... but at the same time I wouldn't change that shounen artstyle for nothing. I hope the artist keeps it like that and doesn't try to draw the guys more bishie or cutey because BL, especially the MC, if he suddenly turns into a blushy clingy mess now that he's got the guy (like it happens so often in yaoi) I'd be soo disappointed, I like it when both characters are confident and a bit cocky. But who knows how much we'll have to wait to see volume 2 so imma relax here. Thank you kind /y/ anons who are working on the manga, if you feel like dropping the raws of vol 2 here as well don't hesitate~

OP here, very sorry but I try to use original BL for the image of these threads. If by doujin you mean self-published original BL, then that's fine, but fanworks are probably mostly better off in their own thread. Though I do think we could have a good discussion about the business of doujin circles or what makes good doujin or more meta shit like that...
