He has already been to Camp-Buddy, he will most likely appear for a short time and talk whit Keitaro ( Maybe we will get some lore from him about the time he was in the camp ) and Keitaro will probably convince him to re-join the camp ( maybe the next year ?)
But it doesn't seem likely that the main characters will be routes again, I mean it would be wierd since the objective is Keitaro to end whit one of them, and mikkoukun would make people mad if he made one of the 5 routes cannon ( and he would probably go whit the Hiro X Keitaro one ) and then include the other 4 in the 2nd game has routes.
At most they would be Cameos.
But we never know I guess.
It's all up to mikkoukun but it's certain that making one of the routes the only cannon one would make more then half of the community mad has hell.
