And the glands can only expand so much under foreskin no matter how erect it gets, so you'd not going to see definition of the corona unless it's hanging downward catching all the light. The foreskin is uneven in one side because it's grinding against the thigh, if this was a video you'd be witnessing it slowly rolling back.
And if it was upside down, where's the median? frenulum? corpus spongiosum? You can clearly see the dorsal vein.
