Thankfully, the plot synopsis for future episodes says Ashi isn't even going to start seeing Jack as a being capable of any good until episode 6 at least. Hopefully this means the writers and Genndy weren't dumb enough to try and force a love story into four eps. I can believe Jack fucked Ashi's mom on a one-night-stand in canon, but that's about it.
