but while i do value the crit, "learn to use multiply" when i already HAVE doesnt really fly as crit lmao; that aside, the main thing is that art style is subjective and saying "i dont like sketchy lines so change it" isnt really critique--its opinion. whereas the abs comment was legit; my abs were anatomically improper and i thank the anon who pointed it out. even when unsolicited on my end, if its well-meaning and legitimate crit i can accept it. i've been taught to recognize, accept and give proper crit as someone who does art commercially.
i admit i got a bit riled and i apologize if it was obnoxious ahah. posting nsfw art is something im kinda nervous about (thanks garbage brain of mine) so getting immediately jumped on by someone mistaking their opinion/style preference for crit and telling me to do what i already did was frustrating.
i just hope yall get where im coming from. i do appreciate real crit and that so many people in the thread are giving exactly that. keep doin what you're doin--and i encourage people to learn what makes a good critique!
that said im now pretty discouraged about drawin more lewds, but ill get over it in time. thanks for putting up with the text wall
