It's your shitty americanized diet, coupled with lack of exercise. Damage is done in early years and hard to reverse later on but still doable. There are no such things as natural allergies to pollen or anything else.

Humans evolved in the great plains of Africa away from the species of trees and grass that cause pollen allergies in humans. In a sense we are all Africans at heart and Africa is our motherland. Do you see native mammals struggling with allergies to these plants? Of course not because they evolved in that environment and that's their natural habitat. All trees in urban environments are male; this was a deliberate choice in the early days of urban planning as female trees would produce fruits that would have to be manually cleared by local councils at great cost whilst pollen would be dispersed by the wind for free. What urban planners didn't take into account however was that female trees only produce fruit when exposed to male trees who can pollinate them. Had they planted exclusively female trees they would have no pollen or fruits and hay-fever in urban environments would be non-existent.

If you want to manage your hay-fever you should start eating locally sourced honey. The honey is made from the same pollen that triggers your allergies and will act as a "pollen vaccine"
