I took 20mg worth of vyvanse for the first time on Friday, just turned Sunday and my dick is flaccid as fuck, I can’t get hard. I went from hard all the time to this, I thought it’s effects only lasted for 10hr? I also got undiagnosed kidney problems, I never went to the doc over it (bad idea) my clinic is closed all weekend, 100% going Monday to get kidneys checked even if my dick turns back to normal. Any medfags able to clarify why this is happening and whether this is normal? I felt mental clarity today, that’s when I suspected vyvanse was placebo after at what I thought was such a small dose, it all clicked when I realized I hadn’t jacked off in 2 days and then realized I couldnt get hard, also feel a bit cold but idk my house’s heating is always off anyways
