I just made this post in /int/ as I asked for help translating the words on the box but I will repost here.

A typical local anaesthetic mix is 1% lidocaine with 1:200,000 epinephrine.
I have raw ampoules of both, I just need to mix them in to a useable solution.
Bacteriostatic water will be used to dilute the solution.
