If I hadn't fapped I wouldn't be able to study again until the next day or until I fapped again. Been this way for 16 years now. Sometimes my whole brain and body itself shuts down if I don't. Question: Is it addiction? How do I give up fapping/porn? Will sex related activity always be a part of my life? I'm not ugly but I have no intent to date/marry ever whatsoever at all.
