I suppose it's a small dose and it's not a bad idea to take them for a bit if you are part of a category of people with a 40% chance of developing psychosis. Stopping them suddenly by yourself could make things worse.
After like several weeks if you don't feel like they help you in any way or they make you feel sluggish or sleepy I'd ask if I could try without them for a few weeks with regular check-ups and see how things go.
