Not that I know of.

I'll say this though - I took 1 to 4g daily for nearly 5 years straight and came off cold turkey without anything more than being depressed for a couple of days. Your mileage may vary, and those couple of days were shit, but that was it.

Which most likely means whatever benefits you felt you were deriving from it were placebo.
