Lol>So if aliens in nearby exoplanet sent up their first satellite 5 years ago, we wouldn't know about it for another 5 years.. that is if we could even detect the light reflecting off it? From 10 light years away?Guys seriously this is important, we need to wave and be friendly to our neighbors.
Seriously think about how weird it is for another world out there to exist like ours, with their own history, their own legends, and characters, artists, celebrities, architectures, philosophies, ways of being, it's incredibly beautiful, one of the by far most beautiful ideas I have considered in a long time,bit is tremendously gorgeous and touching, a while nother world our there, not to mention billions of them, very real people like you and me, a child a billion light years away looking up at our star in it's night sky, how lovely, how darling and dear, massive empires and miles and miles of triumphant towers, powerful confident spirits, our galactic brethren, our family in God, to know this realm as we do, how beautiful, how tremendously pretty this idea, oh, I love them, look at them from a far, put things in perspective, take a step back and look at grear distance, how many of them on other planets, my brothers just like me, giving this same speach pointing at their star, they say they love me, I say I love them, looking at a distance, we see our reflection, our self in this cosmic mirror, we are living amid a baffling fact of the totality of human history, on our planet, and they there's, oh God it is beautiful.
