Nice pun. Well this would be an immensely hard project first there are no lasers remotely near 1 megwat plus after some extra reading you would probably need somthing like 5-10 megwats. So you would need an immense knlowdge of optics and eltronics to deing such a laser. Plus the moment that by some miracle you get it working it will light up the whole sky and there will be police knocking down you door. So you would have to make it a Mobile casing

An actual reset.
