While I would agree neuroplasticity drops off after your twenties, I wouldn't say it's a super rapid decline but more of a gradual one. But people are misinterpreting that to spread an agenda.
People have said it's 18, 20, 21, 22, 24, 25, 26, 28, 30, 32, even fucking 48 when "change" stops happening if you do slightly more researching than looking up an article on NPR and sipping some locally brewed craft beer.
