Imagine a country where the average iq is 145 (genius), where all men and women are beautiful 10/10 with perfect bodies, perfect height, perfect teeth, etc. where science and technological improvement are promoted above all things and when kids finish high school they already have a degree in mathematics, engineering and physics.

I think it would be not only the most powerful country on planet earth but also the most prosperous and happy because pro-humanist ideologies could work like Communism for example where all forces unite to seek a common goal like traveling at the speed of light, colonizing other planets, time travel, etc.
