Previous kilogram thread looks like it was pruned, I guess it looked like homework. Just was curious how people conceptualize the kilogram even after the redefinition.
Anyway, to spoil it, I define the kilogram with the hyperfine transition of the cesium-133 atom photon energy mass thing, the same one used to define the second, using the new defined, fixed value of Planck's constant, and I realize it with $10 in freshly-minted Jefferson nickels.
Having said that, what makes the round thing pictured a kilogram, or is it?
