Is nutrition just a big fucking placebo hall of mirrors?
Did I have a gigachad gut before able to process anything, cheetos, steak, onions fried chicken with onions based sauces, drinks that are mostly hfcs, no problem, but now I have a weak gut that can only handle steak?
