academically i love maths and physics. However, nothing annoys me and frustrates me more than when i'm trying to do something practical/physical/mechanical and my basic aptitude and instinct and mechanical iq is so low that i just can't do anything.
I think that people would call this woman-brain, i find it really annoying and intolerable to work with machinery/fiddly mechanical things which i can't make work and i get really worked up over it. I always have to ask another man, either older or younger, to help me and even women come over and help with mechanical things. Whenever this happens, i think that i should never study engineering because it isn't where my talents lie, i'm not a pracitcal problem solver, i just need an autistic job where i get told what numbers to crunch and i just do them with a calculator in an office. Or just a job where i'm not handling heavy or akward machinery/mechanisms.i enjoy doing stuff like lego but with real problems my brain just won't do it like it seems to do for other men (women too, but from experience most women are worse at soliving these sorts of problems, in a workplace at least).
my brain seems to work better with something like computer science, physics, or something theoretical/less practical or physical.
