Human Angel wings

I'm pretty sure it's gonna be possible to surgically attach bioengineered wings to a person, here is what I believe what makes most anatomical sense.

For starters the wings and supporting structures will be attached to the pelvis because this is the centre of gravity of the human body wings on the back make no sense you lower body would be dangling and fucking flight ability, it's also a much stronger structure to attach to.
Wing span will need to be around 9 metres a 30% safety factor over the minimum 7 metre wingspan to lift a average 80kg man.
A secondary pectoral muscle like system will go over the hips and attach to.
The muscles would have their myosin ATPase modified to have a increased catalytic rate of ATP hydrolysis to increase the specific force of said muscle 10x, along with modified mitochondria with a cytochrome C with possibly chromium subsisting the iron ion in the heme to allow aerobic respiration to occur at the Higher rate anaerobic respiration occurs at. This all allows for the creation of functional wings without the need for retardedly large muscles to provide a strong downstroke and minimise weight increase.
The bone would be replaced with high strength titanium which has 4 times the specific strength of bone so to reduce weight even further.
The placement of the wings also allows the wings to not stupidly dragged on the ground when folded because they can be angled horizontal (or mostly horizontal) to the ground.

Tell me what you guys think ???
