Do women lose ova during pregnancy?

Supposedly women have 300,000 ova when they turn 12. They lose an average of 750 ova monthly, despite only one ovum being ovulated, and the rest of 749 being backups. Which gives us the average reproductive age of 45.
Something I don't seem to find answer is, if the pregnancy actually stops wasting ova during pregnancy, I'd imagine so because uterus being shutdown would mean the expired ova don't get out (unless they are repurposed as food to the fetus?), wouldn't that mean the reproductive age of pregnant women is extended because they would have spare ovum?
Like if a woman gives birth 10 times, it would mean they have their reproductive age is extended by 7.5 years (9 months × 10 pregnancies / 12 months)?
