Depends on the context of why someone calls you a weak 1 inch incel. If you did nothing to provoke it and aren't actually spewing incel talking points then it's not socially acceptable. Overall though misogynistic terms are seen as "punching down" compared to other terms you might call her, which is generally frowned upon more.
