Because someone burned his clinic and all his evidence was lost and also he was stripped of his license when he told about his findings to the canadian medical association or whatever it's called there. Probably a few doctors are doing d-dimer tests to see if there's any merit to this guy's claims, but no one will voice them after what happened to him.

That area was already having wildfires for over a month.
Anyway, his claim is that spike proteins from the shots will inevitably travel through the bloodstream until they end up attaching themselves to the inner cell wand of capillaries. These cell wands will then, in his own words, become "spiky" instead of "smooth", resulting in red blood cells getting blocked and thus causing blood clots. Is there any evidence that "spiky cell wands" are even possible, let alone be able to cause blood clots in capillaries?

If the issue is as rampant as Dr.Hoffe is saying it is, and he's saying 62% of people vaccinated will get microscopic blood clots, than it wouldn't matter if his clinic burned down since it'd just be such a massive systemic problem that it'd be impossible to ignore because anyone could find it and prove it/disprove it.

You also need to keep in mind that there's nothing stopping Dr.Hoffe from just being a bad faith actor, a fucking liar, or stupid, or wrong, or a mixture of all of the above.
His sample size is very small and he did only inoculate people with Moderna.

What Hoffe doesn't know, being a GPoid midwit who never worked with hospitalized critical patients, is that any systemic inflammation, which an immune response to vaccination is(hence the fever and fatigue general symptoms), will always result in some clotting and elevated D-Dimer(itself, on it's own, an entirely meaningless and non-specific test, which, again, a midwit GPoid wouldn't know) - an actually serious form of this mechanism during SIRS would be DIC.

It is not reasonably in his self interest to do this, considering his circumstances. If he is lying, there's no way he is sane. But none of this is worth keeping in mind, contrary to what you say, because only stupid people evaluate claims using political speculation like we're doing.
