It's mostly half-truths, we're stuck with polarized sides refusing to go towards reality because that might require admitting the outgroup wasn't all wrong.

IMO this one is the least of the worries. In that scenario you would just go get the vaccine and hide out for a week if you weren't immune already because it would be undeniably safer than the virus.

And I have no idea how to discern reality with those half truths. I don't know what any of it means or where they get this info and I don't know how to research it without falling into schizoid or onion good boy mindsets

All the vaccines use a spike protein, whether that be the same spike protein as the virus (AstraZeneca) or a safety-modified spike protein known as 2P that inhibits fusion at receptor sites (Pfizer, Moderna, J&J, Novavax).

There's a lot of undemonstrated bullshit there, except for myocarditis, which is known to be a rare adverse event associated with Pfizer and Moderna, affecting mainly men in their teens. Likewise, TTS is known to be a rare adverse event associated with AstraZeneca and J&J. These adverse events can occur with the virus too.

Or its stuff like myocarditis, which sounds very scary until you realize its pretty harmless, most people dont even notice it and under certain conditions in a very small number of cases it will kill adolescent boys (which is what the anti vaccine crowd were prominently displaying a couple weeks back with the photo of that kid who died)

Basically, some people will die after taking aspirin or pretty much any other medicine and there isnt much you can do about it but the odds of it happening to you are like the odds of you winning powerball
