Human trials of mrna vaccines back in 1993. Several have been done since then.
All small trials of no more than a hundred or two people.
Possibly not with the current nanolipid materials or other materials, I dont know because I haven't dug deep enough to learn that much.
Have not found any followup data on the trials, just the trials and the data gathered over the few months that the trial was run.
Looking for current info on the participants of those trials but its hard to come by
