Simple solution for you: Just move on. I know it's hard, but we're simply just not intellectually gifted. It's that simple. Play to your strengths, cover fatal weaknesses, and chase what you value most in life. It's going to go on whether you accept the fact that some people are just intellectually superior or not. I only have an IQ roughly in the 110-120 area, and I'm happy. "Hurr durr midwit" I don't really care. I'm not sure why I should feel bad for a genetic trait I have no ability of controlling. Just accept your abilities, play to them and enjoy your journey to what you desire.

Actually I was in the same state as OP and unironically started practicing really hard on codeforces.
It's weird, sometimes I get ultra prideful about my intelligence and other times I just get depressed seeing all the really smart people.
All in all, I really recommend competitive programming to anyone that likes problem solving. Prepare to get crushed though.
