By the way, you tend to not see these things in the wild because the level of standardization decreases the further you go in mathematics, and that means more reliance on a single author establishing the meaning of definitions.
Anyone who organizes such a database is going to have to fight a war for a standard definition; what are you going to do about people (and mathematicians are a contrarian sort) who would rather use some other definition? Support multiple definitions and rely on some process to bring coherent meaning to it all? You'll be blamed for bringing C++ values and object-oriented nonsense to math! We already did that with category theory in the '70s!
You run right into the problem outlined in Political Language and Political Reality by Edelman.
