andre, khali and all other giants had acromegaly, skull in op doesn't have the features of acromegaly or anyform of excessive hgh and it's much bigger than any known human. it's most probably a fake, once you go past a certain size a lot of problems are introduced

at a certain size a humanoid would not even even been able to survive in earths gravity. that photo shooped giant would have shattered its own bones if it would have tried to stand upright. the human skeleton cant be just up scaled. the organs alone would not be able to support a body with that size. the heart would have to be larger than its chest so it would even be remotely able to pump all the required blood up against gravity. theres a reason humans are the size they are. our physical appearance is dictated by the laws of physics
