Could I for for a data science master's with a B/A in quantitative econ?

I know it's not exactly the same field of study but it's definitely overlapping. Also I worked as a data analyst for a state congressional candidate, if that means anything.

Also, what do you (if you have qualifications) think of data science in general? Good career path?
