Then I realised I was literally eating shit. I now consume no sugar (aside from some fresh fruit juice) and I eat primarily vegetables and a bit of meat. I do enjoy pasta immensely but I have like IBS or something so I can't eat nuts, grains, legumes, eggs and have to restrict dairy.
I am still gaining weight faster than ever before.
"Eating big" is stupid. Eat less and make sure you get excess vitamins and minerals as well as carbs and protein. If your body doesn't have the minerals to process your food you are just gonna make really rich shit.
If you are a skinny, fatless, stick like me then ignore what everybody tells you about exercise. I bought a stretch band (not even a tough one) and my shoulders and chest have never been bigger.
I try to exercise more than once a day. It helps.
I am some ecto freak who doesn't gain weight unless they do tons of sets and weight doesn't really matter. Buying a bicycle was the best thing for my legs. I ride around for fun just because it's so easy to go fast now.
If I had a canoe I wouldn't need the stretch bands.
Inb4 some low iq musclebound moron tells me I'm wrong, that I don't know my body and gives me some stupid list of exercises with ridiculous weight requirements.
Just learn to use a stretch band and go from there. And eat PROPERLY not big.
