it's been my experience that anti inflammatories help with symptoms, from the brain fog to the heart inflammation, and some of the circles i have been following have been talking about ivermectin as a possible long haul covid treatment. the results they are reporting are almost too good to believe, so i'm a bit skeptical, but i cant find a conflict of interest obvious anywhere, as its off patent.
