OK, you have a point there, but that timeline is so vast, it's like worrying about the heat death IMHO.
humanity would have discovered some magic warp drive/mass teleporter tech, if not gone extinct waaayyyyy before any of that happens.

1) Starship must exist first. Low cost to orbit is key. Something under $100/kg is needed.

2) Nuclear thermal engines or something better for long duration engine burn efficiency (longer burn time = faster speed)

3) There must be someone willing to take on the risk/challenge to build it.
