I'm an electrical engineer from a third world failed state currently applying to masters programs in German unis.
Please give me some tips on writing the motivation letters, can I exploit the fact that I am from a shithole and suffered related difficulties during my studies or should I just talk about why I like the uni and the program?
Pls help I suck at this.
