Is there a way to tell if what I searched for existed in that spot before I searched for it? I searched something pretty long and the page it was on only contained that text, while every other page is completely full. The website is a spook right?

No, the 10^4677 books the site can generate aren't actually stored somewhere on a hardrive, ya dummy. It's just an algorithm which is why you still get the same page number every time you put in the same input

It seems that when you search for something,
in terms of an exact match, it isolates the string
from the random characters to show you.
Other than that, you can visit the exact page,
book, volume, etc. and find that phrase still
with the random characters.
