Scientifically speaking, why have I always community-hopped on the internet over and over again? Different places, adapting well to the norms and discussion, culture, what have you, in those communities, leave, and then repeat? I'm always accepted by the people in the community, without any pushback, no one knows I'm actually 'new', but I do, and that always keeps me at arms length, I can never fully be a part at least in my own mind which is why I always end up leaving eventually without a trace. What causes this impulse? I feel like it's uniquely modern. Is this the right place to ask such a question?
