Really though long term means this has to be something wrong with the chemical balance in your brain. It could be behavioral but you sound normal functionally. If you did have some kind of 'bad habit' throwing off your sleep, it would definitely take therapy to find it, or lol maybe youre the kind of person a self help book works on.
Perhaps it could be biological too. Maybe you're not active enough at your job? Have you been primarily sedentary for most of your life? Ever work out or go running? Hows your heart? Cardio?
