Stop thinking, stop guessing, stop having opinions. Just perform observations or conduct experiments or check sources for people who have done so. Dont forget to explain what your sources are or as they say nowdays "put a link". This way knowledge comes directly from nature or from others who witnesses nature, and if they lied it cant be pinned on you, just on your sources.
