Time is how you perceive it.
If you're really extremely bored, the time will stretch and slow down.
If you're busy on your phone or playing vidya, time will fly by.
If you want to slow down time, pay attention to the seconds ticking by. The closer you look, the slower it moves.
It's consciousness that's experiencing time. That's why if you fall asleep for 8 hours it flies by instantly and you don't notice.
Thus, time is how you experience it.
God created the universe, and time is how long the universe existed and will exist.
Also, time dilation and einsteins theory of relativity relating spacetime is big doubt, since you can't measure it empirically, there's no way to see if it's true.
Most of the things in classical physics break down when you get down to the quantum stage. There's extremely high uncertainty, you can't even know the exact position and velocity of a particle at the same moment, what makes you think that you can measure how it experiences time?
Until it's proven empirically I always raise an eyebrow.
Even derivatives, while you can infinitely divide a moment mathematically dx/dt, in reality you cannot go smaller than a plank second, and thus, you cannot use math to model the universe. You can only use it to approximate classical physics on the macro level.
