Do you often think about death?
I do. I work in life extension research, but somehow I see death as smt good. It is not smt to fight, it smt to look forward to.
It gives sense to my struggles, because the limitation of my own existence makes me look for things bigger than myself.
Thinking that I will eventually die is strangely consoling. No more suffering or difficult choices. Perhaps, I might even achieve greatness on the way there.
Had several near death experience l, but did not feel anything. No major shift in perspective. Just a realization that death is not scary.
And ye, b4 jannies prune itt: this does not belong in /his/. Every stem, and especially life sciences, person needs to learn his relationship with death to grow professionally.
So, what do you think about death? You hate it?
