First things first, there's an appearance threshold, i.e. for each woman, there's a minimum requirement in appearance. If you fit into that category, THEN personality matters. And with personality, more specifically, what matters is assertiveness, boldness (taking risks, being direct and uprfont), self-confidence, sociability and so on, which is why narcs and psychopaths are very successful with women. Basically, be domineering, be uncompromising, be demanding, don't back down, show some guts, show some spine or in other words, just be a man. Don't be a little sissy.
