>>13337418Probably not, meat is largely meat and basically anything in nature is edible (even if undigestible like plants or rocks). The exception is things that are deliberately poisonous and even poisons tend to be quite specific or incidental. There isn't real reason to believe dinosaurs would have generally speaking been poisonous to humans when practically all animals are edible and their close living relatives like various lizards, crocodiles and birds are all poison free (generally speaking again).
