All I can tell you which ones don't from personal experience
CS: 90% men and all the girls are ugly
Math: closer to gender parity but the people in math classes are on average less than attractive...
Statistics: it's an easier version of math so the people are more attractive on average but still not models

At my uni biology was I think like 70% women and biochemistry was 60%. Molecular cell biology side of biochemistry was like 80% women and that's where I graduated from. I've worked at three places since and two were both female majority (10-20 total employees, about 1 man for every 10 female employees) and the third one was just a small three man project.

I've openend a lot of stuck containers and moved/built a lot of furniture while working.

I'm doing applied math, which is real bad at this.
I'd have to go with /med/. Somehow plenty of really hot girls I know are in a /med/ school... so if you accept that as a scientific field, there you go.

I just checked and it's art history.

The data seems super skewed by early education and social work as well as the tight Y axis. It's mostly noise, correlation is not correlation as NNT would say.
