Thoughts on this?
I just finished it and I wish I had discovered this during college.
Also, what the fuck is "deep work"? It seems to me like he defines it as a very focused state, instead of just not distracting with your phone or dicking around 4chan while you work. So how do I know if I'm doing "deep work" or just non-painfully-distracted "shallow work".

Btw he was an absolute QT when he was younger.
