Do people inherent innate genetic & psychological traits from their parents? Are these traits subject to natural selection? Are people even within the same race of different genetic and psychological disposition?

If you answer Yes to all of these questions you must also say Yes to this: that unless all races of the world have since the dawn of man selected for the exact same trait in their mating partners (they haven't, this would be impossible) no race of people are alike either genetically or psychologically on average.

Conclusion: No races around the world are alike. Difference manifest even within races (Italians vs Swedes for example) as a result of natural selection. You cannot interchange one group of people for another and expect the exact same outcome.
