Ashwaganda never did much for me, and I always had this gut feeling not to take it long term. All subjective observations though, truthfully haven't read very deeply into it.

Really recommend getting pure samples from good vendors. The Walmart shit has more Dicalcium Phosphate than theanine, as well as other bullshit leftover reactants and prep materials.
