>>13335484The paraffin oil is probably being used to thicken the gel regardless of it's use. Aluminum is a micronutrient for plants so too much is definitely toxic, but it's only used in one recipe and even the nitrogen in this is too high as is, so it could be intended for a particular use that dilutes it. For example, dipping the end of a cutting in the gel could assist with rooting by providing concentrated nutrients to the end of the stem until roots grow to support the plant.
The strange thing to me is the size of the batches they're testing. Each batch is more than a ton and these recipes are in trial B-56 so we could speculate that there's at least 55 more recipes and probably an 'A' round of trials that could more than double it. That adds up to a lot of explosives or fertilizer. Why do you think they needed more than a ton to test each batch?
