Its about whether they are good parents, if they respect the rights of others, how they view things like education, what their morals and ethic are like, what personal and societal standards they uphold and whether they are willing to make a personal sacrifice for those values. Its about how they think, how they value concepts like truth, integrity, justice, if they value them at all, if they even have a concept of these notions and if not what alternative beliefs they hold in their place. The fact that skin color is commonly associated with a culture is an accessory after the fact.
Its why some peoples value delayed gratification in return of better pay off in the future, why some people put family and friends ahead of everything else, regardless of the circumstance. Why some people consider boundaries in conflict but other do not. How they regard resources and their distribution. Its also about language, for language shapes the way we think.
There are very good reasons why some groups do very well in running small business while others do not. Why some place high importance on education while others do not. Why some consider speaking the truth to override personal considerations. These things have nothing to do with the color of one's skin, but to the culture ( or the mind set) underneath. This is what racists do not understand and equally what the liberal SJWs do not understand either. Stupid cunts.
