Binaural Beats
Can audio really get you high?
I've personally dabbled in recreational drug use.
I've also tried these audio files that claim to provide the same effects.

Anecdotally, I have never had a trip from audio.
Is there any evidence that binaural beats can actually work and influence a person the same as actual drugs???

I use Binaural Beats to fall asleep during winter or when camping for many years now
It puts me into a hazy sleepy trance and my feet tingle/feel weak. Very cozy way to fall asleep.

When I'm particularly exhausted from work or back from a intense workout, I end up basically half asleep for an hour listening to it and it can get trippy, especially if your listening to the ones with subliminal messages thrown in randomly
