like, we humans we not only find a baby cute but we also find other baby animals cute, when we see a baby chook or any baby bird, any baby cat or whatever else we don't say "im gonna eat it" our heart just melt because of the cuteness of the thing, also the sound of bird babies, and a lot of baby animals is just like human babies, high pitch sounds, could it be possible that almost all animals evolved to have cute babies so predators don't eat the babies and instead feel empathy toward them ?
Asking that because stories like kids or babies being confronted to other animals and not getting killed always made me ask so much questions, could perhaps some other animals also feel empathy toward babies ?
