Since you don't know the cost of coke, you can't deduce the cost of cake. Since you don't know the cost of cake, you can't deduce the cost of coke.
Since you don't know the cost of apples, you can't deduce the cost of pie. Since you don't know the cost of pie, you can't deduce the cost of apples.
You have to arbitrarily set the price of at least one item in order to solve the puzzle. If you do it's just simple middle school algebra.
